It is based on the teachings of our sages, and is for men at any stage, from beginning to date through to married with children. Breslov London recently found out that Rav Ivan Ziskind of the JLE gives his "Yes Dear" marriage and dating classes for men based on this sefer. This is tremdous, and the shiurim are popular, accessable and highly reccomended.
